  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Peak Seasons & Sales Events: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days during peak periods or promotional sales.
  • Verification: Orders flagged for security or address verification may require extra time. We will contact you if additional information is needed.
  1. Free Shipping & Delivery Time
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all products within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
  • United States (Contiguous 48 States)
    • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
    • Expedited/Express: Select services may be available at checkout; delivery time is typically 1–3 business days after dispatch (if offered).
  • Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
    • Free shipping also applies. Delivery may take 5–12 business days due to distance and carrier availability.
  1. Carriers & Tracking
  • Carriers: We ship with reputable U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (service may vary by destination and package type).
  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to display.
  1. PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO
  • PO Boxes: Selected services may deliver to PO Boxes via USPS. Some oversized or heavy items may not qualify.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: We can ship to most APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may be extended and tracking updates limited.
  1. Split Shipments & Pre-Orders
  • Split Shipments: To expedite delivery, items in your order may ship separately at no additional cost.
  • Pre-Orders/Backorders: If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, the entire order may be delayed unless otherwise specified at checkout. Estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page.
  1. Address Changes & Delivery Issues
  • Address Changes: Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to update the shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
  • Undeliverable Packages/Return to Sender: If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it to an updated address; additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested outside our free-shipping coverage (rare).
  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, PetStellar is not liable for loss or theft. For packages lost in transit or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date; we will assist with a carrier claim and resolution.
  1. Shipping Restrictions
  • Hazardous/Restricted Items: Certain items (e.g., aerosols, batteries) may have limited shipping options or cannot be expedited due to carrier regulations.
  • Size/Weight Limits: Oversized or heavy products may require special handling and may not be eligible for some services or destinations.

  • Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, duties, taxes, and import fees will be the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise noted.
